Some suggested items for discussion:
  • Widening community and workers involvement
  • Informing and organising the community around the IR laws campaign, 28 June rally - community meetings
  • Supporting unions and workers against whom the IR laws are being used
  • Collecting information on effects of IR laws and welfare changes on the community, local workers and families
  • Campaigning with unions to protect manufacturing industry and jobs
  • Supporting workers and communities in struggle to defend and improve working and family lives
  • Collecting local history of workers' and communities struggles
