Defending Rights at Work in Moreland

Rights at WorkLast night (Wed 22 March) a meeting of community & union activists met and formed the Moreland Union & Community Solidarity Network. The purpose of the network is to work in our local community to help defend our rights at work from the predatory legislation and regulations of the Howard Government.

The network has been formed with the assistance of Union Solidarity and will be developing a plan of activities to focus broad community opposition to Howard's work laws in the coming months.
