Snap strike at Dandenong Letter Centre
Truck held up outside the letter centreThe strike began at 5.30pm yesterday, just before the 6pm shift began, with workers picketing the letter distribution centre on Nathan Road for several hours. Australia Post spokeswoman Nadine Lyford said a small amount of mail had been processed yesterday before the strike, but four million letters were halted and will not be delivered until Monday.
