85 Northgate Drive Thomastown Planned action - Union members: Wed Oct 4 - 11am-3pm work ban Thurs Oct 5 - 11am-3pm work ban Friday October 6 - 24hour strike Monday October 9 - 24hour strike Planned action - Union Solidarity & supporters: Thurs Oct 5 - 7am-11am Community Assembly 14 workers at Tronics in Thomastown are taking industrial action to ensure they get an enforceable EBA. Workers have nearly bedded down the agreement the sticking point is how is the EBA going to be enforced. Management wants all disputes to be conciliated at the plant; unions want the AIRC to arbitrate on future disagreements.
