Santo's and Worley Parsons have implement the following:

Workers made to work under Non-Union Agreements
Forced Contractors to implement Non-Union Agreements
Union officials refused entry to the site
Safety issue ignored

Currently there is a major 100 million dollar upgrade of the gas plant. Construction workers are faced yet again with an anti-union project manager who is hell bent on forcing workers onto a non-union agreement. The end of Workchoices was supposed to see the end of this sort of bullying.

Colin Milne has been brought in on the project and the company is currently in the AIRC seeking a s496 order trying to stop workers and the community from even having a protest line.
